Terms of Use:
By using the Mailbox Connection website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the Mailbox Connection website. Mailbox Connection reserves the right at its discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will notify users of any such changes by on-line postings.
Applicable Law:
By visiting Mailbox Connection website, you agree that the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Mailbox Connection.
Your Account:
If you order from the Mailbox Connection website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Mailbox Connection reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Prices:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Mailbox Connection makes every effort to ensure that its prices are up-to-date and accurate. Nonetheless, any pricing information on this site is subject to change without notice. By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the Mailbox Connection website. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Mailbox Connection has the right to cancel any order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mailbox Connection will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
Payment:
Payment must be enclosed with orders from new customers and with custom orders. If a minimum 50% deposit is received on an order (custom orders require full payment in advance), the balance of the order will be delivered C.O.D. (certified funds). Purchase orders are accepted from institutions, government agencies and companies with a satisfactory Dun and Bradstreet rating. All credit orders are due 30 days from date of invoice in our possession (net 30). All major credit cards are accepted.
Shipping:
All prices are Freight on Board (FOB) factory. Freight charges will be prepaid, collect or prepaid and added to the invoice (upon approved credit). Most products ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of an order. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped via U.S. Mail or U.P.S. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and major carriers are available. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered – call for a freight charge quotation. Should an order exceed size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used. Freight delivery is curbside. Inside delivery and lift gate service can be arranged for an additional charge. If an order is shipped outside the U.S., it may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are levied once an order reaches its destination. When necessary, equipment is banded and stretch wrapped to pallets. When delivered to the transportation company, shipments become the property of the purchaser. Before acceptance, the extent of any damage should be noted on the bill of lading at time of receiving product.
Materials:
Descriptions and specifications contained on this website were in effect at the time it was created and may be periodically updated. Mailbox Connection reserves the right to discontinue products at any time or change specifications and/or designs without notice and without incurring liability. Listed weights are approximate shipping weights.
Installation:
Most products are shipped assembled and ready for installation. Framing materials and fasteners shall be furnished by the contractor. When products are for U.S.P.S. access, consult with your local postal authorities regarding local approval and current installation requirements. All locations differ.
Quotations:
Individual quotations are valid for ninety (90) days. Mailbox Connection reserves the right to alter a quotation at any time and for any reason. Mailbox Connection also reserves the right to decline an order, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Dealers:
Dealers are not employees of Mailbox Connection. They are independent contractors whose relationship with Mailbox Connection is that of a customer.
Returned Goods:
Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from Mailbox Connection and must be shipped freight prepaid to Mailbox Connection or location specified by Mailbox Connection, Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (5) days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Security:
Mailbox Connection uses industry standard security measures to protect your confidential information. Your encrypted information travels via a secure socket layer (SSL) where it is decoded on our secure server.

Warranty:
This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and does not include installation costs, expedited shipping costs, transportation neglect or costs, misuse or alterations by the customer or entities out of its control. Standard warranty provided by providing manufacturer is the warranty based on purchase date. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; as such this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. Mailbox Connection, at its option, may replace or repair defective products. Returned goods will not be accepted without a returned goods authorization (RGA) number from Mailbox Connection and must be shipped freight prepaid to, Mailbox Connection Or returned by receiving carrier due to their negligence at time of receiving damaged goods.
